To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日來到石門譚仔，樓底高地方大，坐得好舒服，避開午市人多，剛剛開始下午茶時間，阿女喜歡吃蕃茄湯底，我自己就是麻辣愛好者，由最初嘅十小辣可以吃到而家嘅三小辣，越吃越和味，越吃越想吃，魚腐加炸醬是我嘅例牌，加杯凍奶茶，賞心樂事又一餐。如果肚餓仲可以添點小吃，有新上場辣辣豬小腸，土匪雞翼翼是年輕人小朋友必點 菜色；過橋米線也是二人同行之選，當然，大胃王一個人都應該食得曬，樣樣餸樣樣有，可以試齊，湯底任選。細食嘅或者唔係好肚餓，環保一點可以叫少米線，仲可以慳一蚊。
