To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然不是住在這裏、因為探訪朋友、順道來這裡吃飯吧！其實很久之前也去過天后店，非常欣賞他們的菜肉餛飩和烤麩，味道好像我奶奶煮的差不多！（可惜她年紀老了不能入廚）先點了一碗餛飩及烤麩、果然保持水準！這裡有新推薦菜色「豆瓣莧菜」，豆瓣是我喜歡的東西、不妨點這樣試試看。有點驚喜，清淡但好味！原來中環都有分店、侍應告知已經開了五年，咁就方便很多，下次去那邊吧。
