朋友建議到「鴨大哥」吃鴨,饞了幾年,終於得嚐填鴨滋味了!這新派的中菜店果然名不虛傳,侍應先把剛燒好香噴噴的鴨上枱,讓我們拍照,然後再為我們片皮, 把一片片薄薄連皮的鴨肉佈好碟上枱,配以一籠籠熱騰騰的薄餅、爽脆的青瓜絲和大蒜等配料,還有甜醬和黃沙糖等醮料,大家已經急不及待把鴨肉等包好放進口中,果然皮脆肉嫩,香口味美!接下來驚喜不斷,海鮮鴨湯泡飯伴以脆米真的不容錯過,雲南黑土豬叉燒肥瘦適中,啫啫斑腩豬膶煲色香味俱全,加上鹹菜豬肚和三兩個點心,肚子撐得厲害,藍山咖啡糕和流心奶黃包,請等我們下次回來吧!
