Sea Bass in Crazy Water - $298
Crazy Water是外國一種專門煮魚的湯，以大蒜，辣椒，橄欖，酸豆，西紅柿，香菜和羅勒等熬製，味道酸酸甜甜，非常香濃。現用來形容這條鮮美的鱸魚在濃郁的醬湯中那種令人痴迷的魚鮮味，使人欲罷不能的感覺非常貼切。鱸魚肉質潔白細嫩，細刺少無腥，口感滑膩，口齒留香，還配兩片蒜蓉麵包。
The name seabass in crazy water comes from the broth it is served in which has a very tangy flavor to it (with Garlic Bread). Crazy Water is a soup specifically for fish made with the bream, garlic, chilli, olives, capers, tomatoes, parsley, basil and etc. It tasted a little bit sweet and sour.
Tagliatelle with Guanciale in Green Peas - $158
Tagliatelle是意大利一種長而扁平的麵食，面積較寬點像河粉，麵質充滿彈性，掛滿芝士醬汁。豬臉頰肉條煎得非常脆香，充滿醃製的豆瓣醬味，半肥瘦口感剛巧不太油膩，更有些豌豆帶來清新感。
A type of long, thin and flat pasta served with pork cheek (guanciale sauce) with green peas. Tagliatelle is one of the spaghetti which looks a bit like Pho, but it’s full of elasticity and covered with cheese sauce. The half-fat and lean guanciale tastes not oily.
