短短7天的北京歷史學習之旅, 吃過多餐〝八餸一湯白飯任裝〞的大前提下,回港的今天,晚餐是轉口味的時候了!酥炸軟殼蟹~~蟹不如以前的大隻,幸好入口香脆,炸漿薄身沒有吃粉的感覺一口薯波~~醮上沙律醬,整粒送到口內,咬破脆的面層後便一口薯泥蓉,很過癮鍋燒~~麵身軟度恰到好處,賣相吸引,湯頭散發濃郁的醬油香可樂餅~~沒可樂味的蟹肉可樂餅,蟹肉不像蟹肉,怪怪的很難吃,跟舊址的很大分別,是否轉了師傅?
