男朋友最近轉左工, 難得第一次出糧, 今日帶我出去食餐好~佢話平時都出去食d平價野, 今日帶我去返d好少少既今日黎到中環呢間中菜廳, 真係別有一番體驗!禮賓傳之前已經食過一次, 仲記得因為『禮賓傳』呢個咁架勢堂既名, 上次仲著得好d咁黎呢度食飯, 咁既情況真係第一次!不過黎得中環呢一帶食飯, 點都唔想失禮自己, 總會著得好少少咁黎..今次打破傳統著T記牛仔褲, 好似總係有點格格不入~ 不過難得星期6放假真係唔想連著衫都咁約束著自己.. 舒舒服服咁步入餐廳可能因為星期六既關係, 呢一區既人流比平日少好多, 入座時只有小貓三四隻, 不過之後都有幾台人客~上次黎呢度食晚餐有dinner set, 中午都唔另外有個Saturday brunch $280/per one呢個餐一共有7道菜式, 2款湯品以及2款甜品, 中午飯黎講都算幾多野食先黎左一個象拔蚌配粉皮 及 麻辣花膠雲耳秋葵雞絲粉皮食得多, 但象拔蚌配粉皮真係第一次試, 粉皮同一般粉皮無疑, 所以都不多講喇!不得不提既係呢道菜既象拔蚌仔, 象拔蚌仔食落一d都唔似係冰鮮食品之物, 象拔蚌既鮮味同爽脆口感何奇突出! 令我懷疑廚師係用上新鮮象

上次黎呢度食晚餐有dinner set, 中午都唔另外有個Saturday brunch $280/per one

呢個餐一共有7道菜式, 2款湯品以及2款甜品, 中午飯黎講都算幾多野食

先黎左一個象拔蚌配粉皮 及 麻辣花膠雲耳秋葵雞絲粉皮食得多, 但象拔蚌配粉皮真係第一次試, 粉皮同一般粉皮無疑, 所以都不多講喇!

不得不提既係呢道菜既象拔蚌仔, 象拔蚌仔食落一d都唔似係冰鮮食品之物, 象拔蚌既鮮味同爽脆口感何奇突出! 令我懷疑廚師係用上新鮮象拔蚌製作而成, 令到呢道菜提升了不少貴氣!

職員放左2杯湯品, 2者既顏色真係好大對比~~~鮮橙色既係龍蝦湯, 而比佢清淡既係桂花魚老雞燉鹹酸菜

燉湯一向都係清澈但味濃, 呢個燉湯都唔例外, 清而不膩口, 而且因為內裡有鹹酸菜關係, 呢個比一般既燉湯來得更濃味, 相信燉了不少時間啊

龍蝦湯有別於剛才既中式燉湯, 呢個龍蝦湯同出面外界既龍蝦湯有d唔同, 唔係用龍蝦膏製作, 但飲落好香龍蝦味, 而且鮮味十足! 唔好以為唔係用龍蝦膏就會唔夠香, 咁諗就錯喇! 呢個湯品真係極之濃郁~

最特別既係呢個龍蝦湯入面竟然有一大舊新鮮既龍蝦肉在其中, 龍蝦肉鮮甜可口, 唔會因為浸泡坐係湯品內而喪失其味, 龍蝦肉質厚身而且相當有彈性!
呢2個湯就好似中西合壁, 各有特色! 
不過如果要係2者挑選的話我會選擇後者, 不竟龍蝦湯會有新鮮既龍蝦肉在內的確係極之少有~

沙汁明蝦球
廚師事先將蝦球輕輕炸至脆身, 以保留蝦既爽脆口感, 保留水份, 之後配上廚師製作既特色醬汁, 味道有少少似沙律醬既味道, 蝦球外層帶有少少脆身, 內裡富有口感, 啖啖肉而且keep到有肉汁~ 配上蝦球幾夾!

南瓜燴安格斯牛腩
呢道送菜都係一個心機菜, 安格斯牛腩炆得好有火喉的, 好軟熟, 味道不錯!

桂花鮑魚炒素翅
雞蛋炒素翅, 因為配有芽菜關係來得更有口感, 不過可能鮑魚係男朋友果碟度, 所以我就食唔到有鮑魚係素翅入面, 有點可惜><

禮賓傳炒飯
放係枱度已經飄來陣陣黑松露香味, 原來因炒飯除左有黑松露醬之外, 廚師仲係用上黑松露油黎炒呢個炒飯, 所以啖啖都係淡淡既黑松露~ 單單一個炒飯都可以放上咁多心思, 真係盡顯高貴!

杏仁茶屬唔屬於甜品呢? 我真係太大鄉理喇! 真係唔係好知道… 杏仁茶陣陣杏仁香, 飲完果股濃烈既杏仁味會充斥著整個口腔, 如果中意杏仁既人應該會有種唔想吞落肚既感覺, 想keep住杏仁香在口中

天山雪蓮燉雪耳呢個係我覺得做得幾好既一道甜品, 呢道看似像水般質感既甜品, 飲落卻帶點杰身, 有點厚度既質感, 相當唔錯! 甜品入喉清甜, 清澈透白飲落甜美, 看來係用了冰糖作調味. 冰糖品性溫和, 製作甜品潤喉養生, 飲完令人個喉嚨好舒服, 難怪咁多人咁中意呢個甜品吧!
 
星期6既人流比起平日晚食來得更清靜, 而且在場都屬有學識人仕, 就算係傾偈都唔會騷擾到其他人的
感覺好舒服, 令人可以好好在此品嚐一餐舒服休閒的午餐
而且呢度既食物質素真係很有水準, 在場客人都見到係食呢個餐多, 但也有幾台係以單點叫餐
不過呢個價錢可以食到咁高水準既食品真係十分超值!叫得『禮賓傳』 當然要襯得起呢個名, 用上新鮮/上等食才製作, 呢度真係實至名歸! 有機會一定會再一次來到訪
