各酒店已經開始聖誕buffet了﹗ 又是時候跟朋友出來聚聚啦﹗芝士迷想吃熱熔芝士,第一時間想到MoMo Café ,說真的,好像沒有太多酒店可以吃到啊﹗在餐廳入口處,見到有幾款以聖誕為題的cupcake,好可愛啊﹗ 我自己就覺得雪人那款最得意啦﹗先來沙律小食填補饑餓感,有特式有心思﹗我最關心的,當然是凍海鮮啦!波士頓龍蝦、雪場蟹腳、和風鮑魚、麵包蟹、泰式生蝦、熟蝦、藍青口、墨魚仔、白蜆、東風螺、法國黃金螺等,超豐富呀﹗我認為最吸引的,是清酒鮑魚,爽中柔軟,滲著陣陣清酒味道,好入味﹗長腳蟹juicy 肉嫩,不容錯過;麵包蟹除了有甘香橙黃色的蟹膏,還有滑溜的這種。白酒煮蕃薯蜆,大大隻嫩滑鮮甜,加上香草與微辣,yummy~ 聖誕節限定,有和牛薯蓉和炸乾瑤柱黑松露冷麵,以和牛做肉醬認真矜貴, 好軟滑;黑松露冷麵味道好誘人, 加上香脆乾瑤柱來增加口感,每人只有一碟,必吃! 另外,每位還奉送一盅佛跳牆,材料真夠多,海蔘、鮑魚、花菇等,味道較清淡,若濃郁一點會更美味。鐵板燒一區,有燒大頭蝦,肉質爽彈鮮甜,惹味非常﹗還有人見人愛的燒菠蘿與肉眼扒。燉湯位置轉換成暖胃糯米飯。 要吃粉麵才飽肚的朋友仔, 分

這個聖誕自助餐美食種類多,凍海鮮已吃回本,還有每人奉送一盅佛跳牆及炸乾瑤柱黑松露冷麵,矜貴非常﹗鐵板區不只是腸類,大頭蝦都已夠睇頭﹗另有聖誕限定菜式,全部都好合口味﹗最驚喜是彩虹班戟,我才第一次看到呢﹗
