其實一早已知尖沙咀有間cafe 叫草民,新開張時受媒體廣泛報導,但一直未有前行。這日與朋友聚會,正好相約一同試試這間餐廳。餐廳裝修特別在用左好多假草地去做裝飾🌱,其中一邊角落仲做左小木屋🏡俾食客席地而坐。食物種類唔算多。點左2款小食,2款主食share。63度溫泉蛋卡邦尼意粉 ($88)63-degree Egg Spaghetti CarbonaraCarbonara 被熱騰騰地盛上枱面,溫泉蛋煮得剛好,樣子吸引。意粉煮得不太軟,有咬口之餘能夠掛上大量醬汁。劃破溫泉蛋後把蛋汁拌入意粉,令醬汁變得更濃厚,加上煙肉的鹹香和爽口的野菌,整道菜式十分好吃。炸薯條配BBQ醬及蜜糖芥末醬 ($54)Fries Chips with BBQ Sauce n Honey Mustard薯條不油膩,但並不脆身。由於沒作太多調味,主要靠旁邊2款醬吊起味道,不太具特色。焦糖單骨雞翼 ($48)Caramelize Spicy Chicken Wings單骨雞翼有8件。炸得很脆,但雞翼比較細隻,肉不多而炸粉較厚。外皮沾有焦糖,有點黏牙,味道算是不過不失。本身雞翼帶辣味,即使連同焦糖一同吃,對於草根姐姐而言,

食物方面卡邦尼意粉最好食,其他唔算特別,以價錢而言食物份量唔太多,如果只係為左食野,價性比唔高,不過環境都幾岩去朋友傾偈👯‍♀️🤘🏻。
