To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天是公眾假期。早上外出購物,由黃埔新天地逛往紅磡方向。不經不覺又到中午吃飯時間,只得一個人心想不如簡簡單單吃個快餐。見「大快店」就入去看餐牌點餐。因為早餐吃得太飽,所以我只點吉烈咖哩魚柳飯。派餐的侍應的態度有點怠慢及語氣不太好。可能太多顧客在排隊應接不暇。吉烈咖喱魚柳飯有炸魚柳,薯仔,椰菜及白飯。炸魚柳不夠脆口之餘,炸粉層厚,又軟又腍。估計在製作魚柳沖洗後,沒有吸取多餘的水分直接搽上炸粉落鑊油炸。魚肉質感很差,不新鮮,鮮味欠奉。椰菜,煮得太耐,菜葉"黃黃熟熟"。又好油,味道欠奉。白飯的口感粗糙,心想不如用咖哩汁來撈飯蓋過粗嚡的白飯。誰知道?出事了。咖哩汁味道好咸,應該是咖哩汁煮好後,不斷地加熱加劇了醬汁的綿密度及蒸乾了水份。以前很有名的"阿活咖哩",當時味道調教得很好,現在就每況愈下...薯仔的口感不俗,又軟又腍,質感綿密,好像薯蓉的感覺。總體而言,咖哩魚柳飯,口感一般和味道超咸。
