To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前一次去千両吃壽司之後,那種美味回憶終日繾綣不散,所以昨天又再光顧一次,不過不想又再去恒隆那分店,所以去了此位於時代廣場之分店,由於時間早的緣故,完全不用等位,對比假期時候門外人山人海成很大對比。 發現千両的壽司會經常轉種類,只不過是短短一個月的事情,我們所見到壽司帶上之壽司和刺身也有了很大轉變。看見餐牌上的壽司碟顏色所見最貴為黑色,今次見到主推北海道蟹腳,不過要48元一碟。 我們伸手去拿了數碟壽司,分別牛肉他他(重吃還是那樣好吃),樟紅魚壽司,鹿兒島釒堅魚,海老三味最為特別,分別活煮蝦,甜蝦,海蝦。我最為喜歡活煮蝦,因為足夠鮮味,令您再三回味。 雖然吃了250元,但是原來真的不會飽的,所以最後行完時代廣場之後去了吃雲吞面才回家,也許下一次試試吃完雲吞面才去吃壽司。
