香港人思鄉愁重,極需日式料理慰籍,不過市場選擇多如繁星,以至良莠不齊,但取價同様進取,若然重視性價比,真是要花點心思! 我覺得銅鑼灣新開才一周的 Sushi N 值得一試。晚市廚師發辦「鮨」及「N」兩款,每位收費分別為$1380及$1880,項目豐富,以現在坊間的價位相比,非常合理。 Sushi N 定位創意路線,不過莫被店名西化誤導,以為走華御結風格,只是順應潮流搞搞花款,創意中並沒有離經叛道,刺身壽司不變質,變化在於配搭、造型或演繹方法,新鮮感洋溢的同時,美味回甘保持。 今晚招呼我們的是強師傅,入行超過廿年,正好有足夠經驗及能力在傳統手法的框框中為食材及製作上添新意。 「鮨」餐主攻壽司,有13品,而我們選擇的「N」更全面,包括以下:前菜三品旬造刺身七品和食肴旬造壽司七貫湯甜點 漬物等待期間,先吃師傅自製的漬物,牛蒡蘿蔔常常見,最特別的是苦瓜,本來不喜歡吃苦瓜的我可以接受,因為不太甘苦。 翠玉-純米吟釀 $720依我今晚的口味,喜歡花果香及甜一點的日本清酒,經理建議「翠玉」,果然清甜可口,不一定要大吟釀。 白粟米.秋葵.吞拿魚先吃北海道白粟米,清甜汁豐,早已一吃愛上。 然後喝小杯秋葵
