To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

君御在此區也頗有名,早已吃過幾遍,燒味質素不錯,不過覺得最出色的是白飯。對,是白飯。對上數次堂吃的白飯粒粒分明飽滿有米香,是次的卻有點略濕的情況,可能師傅一時失手。大部分時間的燒味都不錯, 為何是大部分? 因為像今次一樣, 偶爾都有水準不穩定的情況發生。叉燒吃過軟淋半肥瘦燶邊的, 也有過乾巴巴過咸的; 燒肉有吃過五花腩肥瘦相間皮脆的, 也有過皮軟軟過瘦的。燒鴨是唯一一樣每次也保持水準, 滿咀鴨香卻不會過油。秋風起, 店家也推出合時的臘味。貪吃的為今天的燒肉切雞飯加件膶腸,盛惠$39。是日燒肉獲發五花腩部分,好吃。切雞沒有這麼幸福,只有雞胸,雖然不「鞋」口卻不是我杯茶。膶腸味道不夠濃香, 沒能留下什麼印象。暫時吃過最好的膶腸,始終是蛇王芬,不過價錢嘛.....下次還是省卻加料的十數塊錢,畢竟吃, 都是吃店家專門的最穩妥。
