To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如果有人行埋來推介菜式,各位請問清楚價錢先好落單。尋晚三姐行來推介脆卜卜炒飯,我拒絕左,因為之前食過幾次,普通菜甫肉碎蝦粒炒飯加左飯焦粒而已,收你$128,貴到啊!我地叫窩貼小唐菜,三姐話有番薯栗子餅拼窩貼小唐菜,叫我地試下。結果係一片麥記薯餅大細的薯餅切開八片仔,搭在窩貼小唐菜兩邊,但係就加收$58,埋單時先知,唯有怪自己無問清楚,另外而家要收加一。是晚仲叫左雞半隻「依舊幾好味」,橙花蝦球「梳打水浸既蝦,無味但有彈力」,腐竹肉碎炒油麥菜「鹹到啊」,例湯「普通」,杏仁王兩碗。 埋單$728家住附近,食過N次,出品質素越來越差,相信都未必會再幫襯了。
