聽朋友講旺角最近開咗間新嘅日本餐廳質素非常之高,所以今日特登約埋我個好鐘意食日本菜的女朋友嚟試下。食完我地已經約緊下次幾時再嚟,因為實在係太好食啦今日我地點咗個二人餐,包括有沙律、刺身拼盤、燒魚、串燒拼盤、汁物、烏冬同埋甜品。沙律非常之清新,配合少少酸甜的醬汁,非常開胃刺身拼盤有4款時令刺身:帶子、立魚、伊左目同埋油甘,驚喜嘅係刺身基本上食唔到有雪藏味,非常新鮮師傅介紹呢條係黑鯛,不單止上枱吸睛,肉質亦非常嫩,師傅喺燒魚時加了些少鹽喺魚皮,更能食出鮮味串燒拼盤有4款:煙肉車里茄、秋葵、雞頸肉同雞翼。整體串燒都燒得好好食,特別介紹嘅係串雞頸肉,每隻雞只有好少份量,師傅話單單呢一串已經係3隻雞的份量。食落去肉質會比較厚實一些,雞味亦會比較濃,一般喺街都比較少食到師傅仲幫我地配咗樽Sake,夾串燒一齊食真係無得頂個茄子超淋超入味呢個被師傅形容為殺手鐧的〝櫻花炸豆腐〞絕對係必需一食。豆腐外皮炸至金黃香脆,內裹保持嫩滑,浸在醬汁中,再加上櫻花蝦、薑、紫菜、蘿蔔蓉、蔥花等,一啖入口,層次極之豐富,絕對係心機之作經歷完咁多種味蕾的刺激後,食返碗較為平靜的烏冬。烏冬比一般食到的煙韌,打上鵪鶉蛋更加爽滑

經歷完咁多種味蕾的刺激後,食返碗較為平靜的烏冬。烏冬比一般食到的煙韌,打上鵪鶉蛋更加爽滑,湯底係比較濃味的醬油湯底
