今日係東港城個面放工,同同事行過見到有麵屋武藏打緊蛇餅,望到有個期間限定拉麵好似又吸引,就揀左呢度做著落。除左點左麵外,我地仲叫左幾款小食同野飲。率先達陣嘅係前菜—十人十色和風手作田園沙律。沙律用料種類幾多,有粟米、紫椰菜、紅椒、青瓜、豆類等,配埋cream cheese嘅淡香同沙律汁嘅酸甜,做到清新開胃嘅效果。之後到武藏章魚燒,上菜個陣成個面都係木魚絲,好有氣勢。章魚燒入面椰菜同章魚粒好多好飽滿,加上厚度適中嘅外皮、木魚絲、沙律醬同日式燒烤汁,口感豐富之餘味道層次分明,成個味調和得好夾,唔錯!玉子鰻魚磯邊揚都幾特別,係將鰻魚壓係玉子上面,再用紫菜包住拎去炸,整出黎嘅天婦羅。口感外脆內軟,蛋同饅魚都幾香,同天婦羅汁都幾夾,都叫幾好食。然後主角終於登場,天極魚乾醬油雞叉燒拉麵 (每日50食限定),個名同佢餐牌個漫畫人物一樣咁霸氣,咁個味道又有冇咁霸氣呢?食拉麵第一件事,飲湯底。唔,魚乾熬成嘅味道十分濃烈,加上醬油鹹鹹地,風味十足,充斥住成個口腔,果然幾霸道。麵身特登叫佢加硬少少,幾彈牙同有嚼頭,個種咀嚼感好滿足。雞叉燒係卷成一筒再切個種,叉燒形狀但係食落係雞嘅味道,相當有創意。半熟蛋蛋白

我再叫左杯白桃玫瑰特飲解渴。外表精緻,桃味幾濃。
最後小結一下,呢個價錢食到呢個質素嘅拉麵,CP值都算高。全程侍應都好有禮貌同有耐性講解餐牌,上菜又快,服務黎講都唔錯。呢間有下次!
