旗袍話九龍城新開咗間海鮮丼店,睇門面好似冇乜特別,menu又冇,好在上openrice睇咗啫。不過既然今日嚟到咯,就試吓啦。推門入嚟,全木嘅裝修又不錯,牆上仲有一大幅手繪嘅「本日大漁圖」,意思係祈求漁獲豐收。坐得幾舒服,冷氣又夠勁喎!呢度主打食丼飯,最出名嘅係兩種,其中一種係有選用原隻約重三百至四百克嘅伊波龍青龍蝦嘅龍王丸。諗住一人一款,但店員話好大碗㗎喎,不如叫一個飯share再試吓其他小食,好,聽佢話食物未到之前,諗住斟杯水飲吓,點知係麵豉湯!哇,成壺麵豉湯,太開心喇嘛?!蟹王丼 ($198)賣相勁吸引!大半碗飯鋪滿來自日本青森縣嘅蟹肉及蟹膏,旁邊有輕輕炙過嘅海膽及用秘醬醃過嘅三文魚子,撥開睇睇,飯面上又鋪滿蟹子,真係非常豐富呀!老實講,真係到滿晒,想佬飯嘅時候差不多撈到跌晒!蟹肉又鮮又甜,蟹香濃郁,真係非常非常非常好味!飯粒用咗穗之香米,超有彈性及黏糯,入口濕潤,店員叫我哋加少少佢哋自家製嘅醬油,提升鮮味之餘又唔會鹹到蓋過啲材料嘅味道,實在太好味喇!最重要嘅係真係非常足料,撈完飯之後,真係每一啖飯都有好多好多蟹肉,食到最尾都仲有好多,非常滿足!蒜香厚切牛舌 ($38)牛舌煮到大概

蒜香厚切牛舌 ($38)
牛舌煮到大概六成熟之後改為輕煎,雖然係厚切但口感嫩滑一啲都唔韌,點少少自家製嘅柚子胡麻醬,係更加好味,不過對我嚟講太辣喇!

食第一啖蒸蛋,點解味道同平時唔同嘅?係蛋味好香濃呀!加少少鮮味十足嘅海膽,好好味!而且入面嘅魚蛋唔係平時咁一大塊㗎,係切成條狀,平時總係唔捨得就咁食晒成塊魚蛋,但而家切開咗,就會有食極都總有嘅感覺,樂趣多好多啦!

賣相同平時嗰啲唔同,呢度多咗粉絲及薑粒,太有驚喜喇!蜆肉隻隻都飽滿肥美,不過有少少沙;清酒味香濃唔嗆,整體味道偏淡,但因為有粉絲,加咗非常多分數!

食物不論質素及份量都令人非常滿意,餐具靚到不得了,服務更加好到無得頂。店員對於每一道菜都非常熟悉,介紹得非常詳盡。而上菜嘅店員更喺每一次上菜時都會講一句多謝,呢種服務態度而家都少見㗎喇。真心覺得好在有入到嚟試,完全喜出望外!
