To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於抽到時間黎食何車🥹🥹聞名不如見面，真係好好食啊😋😋好貪心嘅人，係咁叫想食嘅餸，好彩最後都食得哂🫡🤭今次試左豬紅，蘿蔔，何車鮮水魷👍🏻👍🏻，大腸，配中辣，香蒜乾，蒜蓉💛🥰本身都食得辣，去到周圍都係食中辣，其他都係好一般辣，但何車真係不得了😋辣到有驚喜！！！！！而呢隻辣味，唔係普通嘅辣，係出面食唔到嘅味道！自己調配出嚟嘅味道！🥰🥰豬紅：真係好入味，好甜😋蘿蔔：切到係一口蘿蔔，好細心，好甜，冇渣之餘仲要勁入味！大腸：洗得好乾淨，滷水都好好食！何車鮮水魷：係分開一碗另上，配埋甜豉油同辣油煮起嘅汁，好出色😋😋
