To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

家中長輩生日，一家人食飯為左唔洗就黎就去，食Buffet就最穩陣，個個都啱食😛話說都差不多成2年冇食過buffet，始終之前疫情問題都唔係好敢去食，今年趁情況好返好多，所以就決定一家人去逸東酒店食Buffet🤤上網睇過Review都知呢到都出名多野食，款式又多。咁啱而家做緊海鮮主題，所以就非常多海鮮菜式一黎到即刻衝去拎刺身，選擇都算ok，而且款款都新鮮，但就唔係咁鍾意佢地擺啲冰係隻碟底，一溶左個感覺好差。但呢到有啲出面Buffet冇嘅野食，例如Poke Bowl，可以自己整自己嘅魚生飯，幾得意😛😛凍海鮮方面有生蠔同龍蝦，可惜生蠔唔係即刻開，而且都比較瘦，食左2隻就冇食。龍蝦都算好膏，而且都幾鮮甜😋順帶一提，雪糕係Movenpick👍🏽 𢳂雪糕個叔叔見到排晒隊都好好笑容，見到佢下下用力都要用盡力去𢳂都唔好話唔辛苦👏🏽

一黎到即刻衝去拎刺身，選擇都算ok，而且款款都新鮮，但就唔係咁鍾意佢地擺啲冰係隻碟底，一溶左個感覺好差。但呢到有啲出面Buffet冇嘅野食，例如Poke Bowl，可以自己整自己嘅魚生飯，幾得意😛😛
