To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

眾多有名氣的清湯腩中, 以九記名氣最大, 但名氣所累而令店舖水準不穩, 服務亦頗差, 所以華姐係我首選, 起碼水準穩定之餘服務亦不錯, 是日見隔離的大利有位, 但華姐卻要等位我自己喜歡坑腩, 所以叫左一碗坑腩伊麵($28, 如配普通粉麵$25, 伊麵則加$3), 其實坑腩即近腰肋骨的牛肉, 因為除去肋骨後會出現一條條的坑,所以稱為坑腩, 雖然看似肥膩, 但食落去滑溜, 就算煮得過火, 也無韌的感覺, 所以華姐的坑腩能滿足我的口胃, 配上已吸上淡淡牛骨湯的伊麵同食實在不錯...另點了腩汁蘿蔔($10), 又腍又清甜的白葡萄用上牛腩汁煮熟, 真係唔明白點解佢地一年四季的蘿蔔都整得咁清甜好味, 究竟係煮的技術定係蘿蔔的質量??!!
