To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

簡單的美味對於越來越年長的我, 已經是一種幸福的追求, 正如何車的車仔麵, 沒有什麼很高深的煮法, 將傳統車仔麵和廣東麵食夾起來, 效果已經相當不錯. 今次選擇的是撈麵底, 而且是有蝦子附加上去的蝦子撈麵, 蝦子甘香而且鹹鮮味濃厚, 用上粗麵更能讓蝦子黏附在身上. 牛舌芯和豬頸肉是在這裏必點的, 兩者也烤得很香, 肉汁豐富, 前者比一般吃到的更厚, 內裏保持嫩滑的口感. 後者外脆內腍, 而且不會烤得過久而變得太乾, 同樣吸引. 唯一不太喜歡的是魷魚的醬汁, 不夠辣有點過甜, 所以店家很細心地將其分碟另上, 不會破壞蝦子撈麵本身的味道, 這種細心補救了,魷魚本身的小小瑕疵, 這就打和吧!
