呢一帶酒樓唔算多。商場內的好貴,唔抵食。其他的好多人,唔知要等幾耐。行過見點心餐廳有位,一於試下。山竹牛肉肥豬肉、芫茜、馬蹄比例適中,如果加一點點果皮會更加好。燒賣好食!無蒸過龍,豬肉調味恰到好處。蝦餃皮好薄,但又不易穿,口感帶點煙韌。冬笋粒及肥豬肉份量適中。龍蝦湯鮮竹卷即叫即炸,脆卜卜。配龍蝦湯食,比起傳統蠔油芡汁更好(當然並非鮮煮龍蝦湯)。蘿蔔炸兩油炸鬼脆卜卜,蘿蔔帶一點點清甜,好夾。好好食。雪山叉燒包類似傳統菠蘿包加咗叉燒餡。幾好。但略嫌餡料太少。整體都幾好。可以 Encore
