先講講環境,係走中低產路線既,即係唔會太高貴,但裝修係中規中矩咁囉⋯⋯又唔會普通茶餐廳咁。地方係窄既,十個同事,排排坐,好在黎得算早,都安排到位。我今日食既係「意式香草焗雞扒意粉」味道中規中舉啦,雞扒係食唔出雪藏味既,唔會煎得太「窿」,汁方面都合適,唔會變咗湯咁多,最好係咩呀,佢一個小碗另上,你要落幾多自己話事。焗雞扒好過煎,少啲啲油啦⋯⋯。意粉方面呢,份量合適,唔會太淋,又唔會咬唔開。大熱天時,轉凍飲都只係加兩蚊,有啲加咗三蚊好耐啦⋯⋯
