我自己都做過賣和牛,一塊肉眼STEAK 300G 至少都$450...宜家$200幾就可以任食。有D人會話D肉鞋..一隻和牛有好多位..脾位就當然鞋D..少脂肪MA..咁你見唔到D雪花..就唔係和牛架喇?!如果你真係食到呢個位咁就唔好煮太耐喇,! 個個客都想食"林",但一隻牛,肉眼位有幾多大家都知...D客以前幫我買10pcs..都成$800..宜家有得坐又任食..d日本醬汁都唔平架!!仲有d客見到澳洲同日本牛肉一樣色就以為攪錯...其實特別是肋骨同頸位,因為少油花所以望落好似..真係要師傅先識分...同埋自己食下..和牛會香d。最後其實日本人好多都喜歡脾位..喜歡啖啖肉...太油食太多都唔好。最緊要係大家食既心態..。我都覺服務唔係咁好..但多人就好難講架喇..我都明成日俾人問埋d again又again既問題。加上香港人好難明白日本人既文化..對和牛既認知又唔多...如果真係想食好d..自己去taste既牛陣買返屋食..咩位都有..但你想2人食到飽冇$1000都唔好諗喇。
