跟一位從加拿大做廚師的朋友吃飯,想來想去也不知道吃甚麼好,主要是考慮到朋友是專業食家,隨隨便便找一家餐廳吃飯怕會失禮香港美食之都的美譽,找六星酒店餐廳又不太捨得,最後給我想到「丼吉日式吉列豬扒專門店」,聿丼吉的吉列豬真係無得輸。丼吉主打吉列炸物定食,配上特色秘製炒芝,芝麻是由客人自行用木樁磨碎,即時釋放令人嘴饞的香氣,跟客家人磨擂茶很相似。定食中的日本白飯和椰菜,均是免費無限添吃喔! 吉豬炸至完美的黃金色澤,單看賣相已令我囗水直流啦。炸粉厚度適中,脆香酥化的炸皮,入囗酥脆化掉,堪稱一絶,譽為全港第一美味的吉列店也當之無愧。厚燒鰻魚飯定食特厚鰻魚燒,鰻魚油脂豐富, 鰻魚味重,配上日本珍珠米飯,超級好味。
