To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

初見香草吉列牛呢個應該就係佢嘅招牌菜。同吉列牛專門店比較，香草嘅味道同埋超級突出。但是，佢嘅外層就似乎做得比較香脆，所以「吉列」嘅炸揚口感就出啲。牛肉嘅味道都差唔多咁高質。我自己就鍾意佢offer 埋鹽比我。salt is better than sauce 豆腐鍋都算ok 有啲似百福鮮嫩豆腐嘅口感，入口係清甜嘅。個湯底都唔會太過鹹，所以都係清淡食物，配返比較惹味嘅吉列牛。裏面都有唔同嘅蔬菜：冬菇，金菇，娃娃菜，一小塊苣藥，名門卷，獅子狗……所以雖然未到唔係5星，但variety 都可以令人滿意
