To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

初見喺日本食完鐵板吉列牛，返到嚟香港都想繼續食！上網睇食評見初見有，就試吓呢間香草吉列牛。吉列牛$138，份量不少，吉列牛周圍包裹住香草。牛肉熟度自己掌控，個人比較喜歡七成熟。首先用餐廳提供的脂肪把鐵板表面沾上油脂，然後放上吉列牛，牛肉質感軟腍，香草沒有蓋過牛的味道，個人認為不需要沾上醬汁，味道已經好足夠。安格斯牛肉豚骨拉麵。拉麵湯底奶白色，淨望湯底已經好想食。Upgrade 左加刺身，湯同飲品。刺身好厚切肥美🥰真心抵食！餐湯有三款選擇，選擇了南瓜湯。
