Restaurant: 意樂餐廳 (囍逸)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐之前藍妹已經成日幫襯「意八」,覺得大份抵食又好味。粉嶺近來開左間新既「意樂餐廳」,後來發現原來同「意八」係同一個集團,唔怪得之啲野咁似。😂-蒲燒鰻魚炒珍珠飯冇諗過隔左一段時間食,份量依然咁多呢😲珍珠飯基本上都會比較黏,呢碟炒得唔錯,唔會煮到太林,仲保持住應有既口感。鰻魚切到細細粒,都有唔少,平均每兩三啖都會食到。😊整體味道好夠,又唔會太咸,keep到水準喔!🤔—香草忌廉煮鮮蜆藍妹一向對蜆麻麻,所以食左一兩粒就冇食。幾鮮味既,最令藍妹驚喜既係香草忌廉汁,好香微甜,忍唔住飲左兩啖。😬—酥皮周打湯加錢可以飲到酥皮湯,好耐冇飲過啦,破例叫一次啦。等左好耐先上枱,新鮮滾熱辣!😆酥皮好脆,好香奶油味,個湯料唔算多,味道偏咸。酥皮配埋個湯一齊食,食得非常過癮!😍—呢個集團旗下既餐廳真係唔錯,間唔中都會約朋友黎食下,水準一直都keep到。☺️

蒲燒鰻魚炒珍珠飯
冇諗過隔左一段時間食,份量依然咁多呢😲
珍珠飯基本上都會比較黏,呢碟炒得唔錯,唔會煮到太林,仲保持住應有既口感。
鰻魚切到細細粒,都有唔少,平均每兩三啖都會食到。😊
整體味道好夠,又唔會太咸,keep到水準喔!🤔
