To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然現在Délifrance在食物方面多了款式(在晚餐),但在食物方面加了價。Délifrance 在2005年套餐加了價,現在2010取消指定套餐,各樣散叫加$12才有一個套餐,我計算過叫加$12才有一個套餐仲貴過之前指定套餐。今日我點了三文魚香草包$22+$12要熱飲和薯仔沙律(有餐湯和薯仔沙律揀)=$44 港幣2005之前三文魚法包套餐是$352010之前三文魚法包套餐是$39而令到我在抵食分數扣了許多分。 三文魚熱烘香草包,三文魚都有鮮味。 薯仔沙律味道可以,但份量少了。 至於服務我覺得員工方面少了,之前有多D員工。 在食物方面加了價,睇怕耐唔耐先一次。幸好未發現在三文魚熱烘香草包有以前水準,如果唔係難俾合格。
