就快清明節,今日公司同事討論邊度嘅燒味好食,有位前輩就極力推介呢間位於深水埗嘅街坊老店--快靚正燒味粉麵茶餐廳就咁望過去仲意為係燒味專門店,因為釣到廚櫃滿滿嘅燒味金黃色嘅香妃雞,(老闆講解,香妃雞不白切雞有大不同,就係浸雞嘅係瑤主上湯)油貓,脆皮乳豬明爐吊燒燒鵝 蜜汁叉燒老闆神推介嘅燒腩骨仲有$50乳鴿,聽起有啲貴但比起一般燒腊嘅大隻,所以一望落點會唔意為係專門店但其實除左燒腊快靚正仲係一間粉麵茶餐廳,一般常餐,粉麵都有形合反附近街坊而今日所點嘅就係乳豬,沙皮皮薄,香脆皮下肉肥瘦均勻確實好香口香妃雞,肉滑皮薄無多餘嘅雞油,食落又確實同切雞有所不同。燒骨大能斬得太大件,所以咬落有啲un,但蜜汁濃度剛好,掛住肉身我的最愛燒鵝好呀,皮脆肉香,一咬落去油香填滿口腔,配上酸梅醬好食得感動
