To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁嘅價錢，但咁嘅質素，一定唔會再去。叫左鴨鬆燒餅，呢個非常熱門嘅餸，就算人人都叫，已做定，都比返一D矜持吖，2分鐘起就菜，簡直有食兩餸飯嘅感覺。味道正常，呢個餸好難做得難食。但份量少得可憐。半只片皮鴨，得10幾片，皮得7，8片，其他全肉，鴨就完全無味，出奇個薄餅皮就幾好食。炒菜苗，唉……仲有一個餸，直情唔記得係咩，咁唔駛講都係行貨。好彩個甜品有驚喜，唔記得叫咩名，係反沙芋嘅做法，但用左蕃薯。幾好食。咁3個人，咁就1千大元，一定唔會有下次。
