Restaurant: On-Yasai (Festival Walk)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日起身遲咗,同另一半考慮緊去邊度食,其實我知道佢唔鍾意打邊爐,但係我無端端問佢今日不如去打邊爐好唔好,佢居然無端端應承我,咁我即刻叫佢快啲出門口。今日假期去到嗰陣時都有好多人排緊隊,我哋大概等咗半個鐘左右就入位,同之前一樣呢度嘅服務做得好好,每行一個地方都提你小心,而且仲提供一張紙俾我哋包口罩。由於今日係午餐嘅關係所以呢度有午餐俾我哋選擇,一個牛肉一個豬肉,我就唔係食家我好難俾意見,但呢度食物嘅擺盤同埋賣相都唔錯,當然啦佢呢個價錢係偏貴。其實咁多種湯底最好味一定係壽喜燒,其他湯底我都食過但係呢個係最經典,今日我哋食夠$300所以可以免費玩一個鹿兒島黑毛和牛肩脊肉,呢一個牛肉食落去好軟熟,好有牛味,但我始終覺得如果打邊爐嘅話用戶口唔係咁合適。另外呢度每色各$200嘅話會送一張$50嘅現金卷俾你下次用如果係會員嘅話就值得嚟食,但如果唔係會員嘅話要比正價嘅話我就覺得有點貴。
