Weekend同太太去紅磡行街,行到去百寶坊,比呢間餐廳既紫色主調設計吸引左入去,原來個餐廳名叫 CHARM’S,唔怪得我覺得店內裝潢真係幾有魅力啦。好! 既然入左去,梗係要試下D食物 CHARM 唔 CHARM 先啦,店員送上menu,menu設計有歐陸feel,內頁的食物圖片非常吸引,花多眼亂,選擇困難症又發作!靚仔老闆見我地望住個menu好耐都冇頭緒,就主動走埋黎同我哋傾咗幾句,問下我哋想食咩,有咩唔食等,之後佢就誠意介紹我哋食個黑松露油蟹肉炒蛋牛角飽再配一杯Cappuccio,而佢可能見到我係太太黎,所以就再介紹埋個士多啤梨雪糕窩夫比我哋 sweet 一下。黑松露油蟹肉炒蛋由老闆親自主理,黑松露既香味,未送到枱面已經聞到,牛角飽好鬆化,蛋炒到半熟狀態,好 CREAMY,我知道要火喉控制得好好先有咁嘅效果,因為我起屋企已經失敗過無數次,好啦,再講番個半熟又滑嘅蛋,配埋個黑松露入口,實在係味蕾一大享受!至於個Cappuccio,入口OK,材料的比例好好,唔會覺得偏重起個奶、咖啡或者個 CREAM 度。最後,花型的士多啤梨雪糕窩夫終於送上,窩夫就似一朵巨型花瓣,有一半係放咗香蕉,另一

至於個Cappuccio,入口OK,材料的比例好好,唔會覺得偏重起個奶、咖啡或者個 CREAM 度。
