To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十個老同學聚餐，比較一輸選了這問性價比最高，初時我睇見食平好一般，有點猶豫，但坐及吃了一晚，覺得要幫佢平反下。首先，原本以為工廠區平日晚市靜英英，點知原來都6成滿，吃圍餐的也多，因為真的十分優惠，價錢甚至可比所謂大排檔及冬菇亭。二，坐的空間ok, 枱與枱中間有矮屏，有比較舒適的距離。三，食品質量高，條魚蒸得好味，因為魚缸有大量供應，魚缸keep得好，其他海鮮龍蝦鮑魚都生猛及有大量供應。其他食物都有水準，唔錯。四，圍餐菜單好豐富，而且有埋壽桃包，順便興埋生日，抵。
