上星期出開尖沙咀,行得好累,想揾個地方坐底休息下飲下茶,行過見到呢間台灣風味嘅茶樓好特別,決定一試。粵式茶樓就去得多,而台式嘅茶樓我真係第一次去,除左平時常見既點心,當中更有地道台灣風味點心,我地分别叫左幾款點心黎試下。麻辣鴨舌$78平時酒樓好少有得食,份量夠多,而且夠曬麻但又唔太辣,食完一條會想再食多條。懷舊水晶鮮蝦餃 $43大大粒,皮薄有彈性,涵料多又豐富,一籠仲有5粒,好抵食。花生鮑汁鳳爪 $43炆得好入味,D鮑汁已入曬隻鳳爪度,而且鳳爪夠曬淋,好正。四川耳剁椒蒸魚云 $68好大碟,剁椒味道調較得啱啱好,魚云完全唔會有腥味,一入口就骨肉分離。老干媽豉汁蒸排骨 $38獨特的醬汁配上新鮮的排骨,超夾。招牌極品溜沙飽 $38香得黎唔太甜,有咸蛋既咸香,食完都唔會覺得溜。春風香脆百花腸粉 $43外面熱辣辣,很滑嫩,入面仲係脆嘅,配埋蔥花極有風味。
