前幾日同朋友去咗【和宴】食晚餐,呢間係日式燒肉店🎏氣氛好chill🪄一邊燒肉一邊傾偈🧸好輕鬆。我哋叫咗燒肉套餐🍽️啲嘢食好快就上枱唔使等好耐。首先食咗特製宮崎和牛他他配法包,牛肉好嫩🥩配法包一齊食落去好有層次。之後有韓式煎餅,係海鮮餅🦐🦀🐙🦑外層煎得香脆,入面啲海鮮啱啱熟,唔會過火。🔥燒肉🔥宮崎和牛薄切牛板腱(壽喜燒風)係點日本蛋食🥚肉質好嫩滑,蛋液令到味道更加豐富。薄切牛舌芯配鹽蔥汁,食落去有嚼勁,唔會太硬。至於宮崎和牛上牛排肉同澳洲和牛特上牛肩肉眼,油脂分佈均勻,燒完無筋。鹿兒島豚五花肉嘅肥瘦比例啱啱好,燒到金黃脆脆嘅,好香口。仲有海老拼原隻帆立貝,蝦同帆立貝都好鮮甜。🍧甜品🍧食完燒肉我哋叫咗黑糖珍珠雪糕做甜品,唔會太甜,珍珠好彈牙。仲有迷你雞肉烏冬,細細地啱啱好填飽個肚。🍹飲品🍹飲咗熱生薑柚子茶,暖胃又解膩,朋友就飲咗波子汽水,懷舊feel十足🥤。成晚都好滿足,食材新鮮,推介畀大家嚟試吓!🔥
