To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今年男朋友要番鄉下過年🧧陪唔到我,所以提早帶我去食我最愛既北京烤鴨🥰當係補償下,提早一齊食團年飯😛本身每次都會單點d餸,但今日無咩諗頭,就簡左個2人套餐❗️2人套餐每位$250+10%服務費,有一道頭盤+四道主菜。一坐底就會問你飲咩茶,我地簡左烏龍茶,幫助消滯。之後好快就試頭盤,送到黎我地都覺得好驚喜,擺拼好精緻🥰有2份紅菜頭海蜇,2份糖醋排骨同一份花雕醉雞。我略嫌花雕味比較濃,唔鍾意酒味嘅朋友應該覺得麻麻。侍應見我哋食完好快手就想一個豆腐羹俾我地,清清地唔錯。之後就到我既大愛🥰北京烤鴨,食左咁多次水準都保持到❗️每次都燒到d皮好脆🥰而d鴨肉又唔會鞋恰恰👍🏻之後就上咗呢個乾燒大蝦🍤同黑松露醬蘆筍百合。個菜就麻麻地,睇相都見到好油😢但百合炒得幾好味。因為男朋友係蝦痴,我拆密肉就比埋佢食,佢表示d肉都好夠味同彈牙。呢個2人套餐食完真係好飽😂
