和好友慶祝生日, 就來到大家都同聲同氣的LLB Bistro吃生日晚餐, 簡單而隨意, 能聽聽老師友的近況與煩惱就很夠. 說是Bistro自然要點些酒, 見到有甜味的啤酒, 對我而言比紅白酒更吸引, 今次點的”單眼佬”手工啤酒, 名字夠本土, 有話梅味更本土, 味道酸中帶甜, 甜中帶甘, 相當開胃. 同樣開胃的, 有其充滿大量蔬菜的沙律, 沙律菜乾淨, 沒有苦澀味, 只用沙律醋更清爽, Topping的海鮮份量相當慷慨, 不太肚餓的話, 單吃沙律也夠飽.主菜的卡邦尼意粉配上溫泉蛋, 就是簡單的蛋和野菌作菜, 意粉口感偏軟, 當然不是一咬即斷的形態, 醬汁偏多而水潤, 但溫泉蛋蛋黃令醬汁質感更為厚實, 味道不錯, 蛋香夠之餘野菌香味令其更有層次. 羊架羶香度夠, 煎得外脆內嫩, 做法也許不太複雜, 但吃起來就是羊架應該有的味道和口感, 個人不太喜歡加茶茉或薄荷醬, Raw的更對味.Having birthday dinner for my good friend who hasn’t seen for year. Having birthday dinner for my good friend who hasn’t seen for year. LLB Bistro is a good place for us as it is casual but the food is good and gentle in portion. The carbonara is nice with good mushroom and pouched egg flavors while the lamb rack is raw with excellent texture and taste.
