To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無同朋友飲茶,今次活動就係「同養生黎一次約會」面對呢間茶樓俾人第一印象就係服務,不過呢間的服務認真麻麻啦🥲🥲我同朋友係黎飲下午茶,一開始問門口的人需要拎飛嘛?距話要。轉個頭有兩個男人掃完安心,大搖大擺就行左入去,都唔需要拎飛!叫到我的時候,竟然同我講「你入去自己揀位啦!」我完全O左,因為白等左15min🙄坐底開始叫野食啦~~因為都係睇中下午班比較優惠‼️無論尊,特,大,中,小點點心一律以小點計算❗️‼️😍😍蝦仁燒賣 —— 水準都保持住,咬開除左豬肉都有碎蝦仁係入面嘎~蝦餃 —— 都同以往一樣,皮有小小厚,不過呢個係可以接受嘎,蝦食落都係有蝦味,同埋唔係死蝦。翡翠蝦腸粉 ——切開的每一舊入面都有原只蝦仁,一細粒菜心頭。排骨和鳳爪 ——保持水準炸饅頭 ——就差d ,食落好似油饅頭,油完全滲透入左去咁。😖😖😖燒乳鴿 ——感覺有d乾。🥲🥲無論一呢餐好食與唔好食,服務可以好翻小小嘛?入面廚房做唔到單,竟然無人主動同我地講,要我地等。我都清楚了解到,茶樓一定好忙,未必顧及咁多位客人,但都想俾翻小小尊重客人嘎。希望得到改善,下次去食會有個愉快的「約會」啦~~☺️😇
