To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次慶祝生日，五個人叫咗兩個龍蝦餐同埋三個肉蟹餐，份量好夠，食材都OK新鮮。龍蝦有啲削，肉蟹都可以，跟餐會有肥牛、丸、餃．．．．一般打邊爐食材可以選擇，最後食埋個粥已經食唔落太飽。期間會有專人負責幫你煮海鮮，你可以盡情飲啤酒同friends傾偈。但係每人最少要嗌一個餐，可以喺訂座嘅時候早啲講。店舖會要求咁多個客人嗌一樣嘅嘢，方便上菜，但係最後都好flexible，盡量滿足唔同客人嘅要求。埋單每位大約400都算好抵食，好啱三五知己去，太多人會有啲迫。
