To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

13.07.2021譚仔三哥久唔久我地同事午餐就會鍾意叫譚仔三哥，早前做特式餐鴨血、姬松茸之類都幾好食。然後發現三哥用Ian、花姐做廣告，即刻好興奮，話點都要支持！如果堂食仲離譜，仲可以用有Ian個樣嘅餐紙，要對面嗰個遮住個面，扮同Ian 撐枱腳，so sweet，哈哈！今次我自己就試譚仔三哥米線新口味：「米線配魚爽肚及芥末魚籽鱈魚滑豆卜」，起初擔心好古怪，又爽肚又芥末，所以初出無試過；今日見做特價，專登試試。估唔到，竟然配搭得唔錯，完全無違和感；魚爽肚爽爽地，幾好咬口；芥末魚籽鱈魚滑豆卜，加咗少少芥末，微辣，又估唔到同豆卜咁夾，正呀！可以encore！午餐：米線配魚爽肚及芥末魚籽鱈魚滑豆卜 生菜、竹笙、鮮冬菇、牛肉 清湯底米線
