To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐單上分為了幾種辣度，我選擇了中間的小辣係譚仔的3小辣。米線的湯底為麻辣湯，酸酸辣辣的味道能刺激食欲。米線的份量十分足夠，爽滑 !米線的份量十分足夠，爽滑彈牙，粗幼適中，伴着湯汁一啖接一啖。小窩米線自帶的配料有笌菜、韮菜和肉碎，使整體的口感有所變化，味道更上一層樓。至於自選的肥牛則是不過不失，肥而不膩。看似平淡的生菜則在吸收湯汁後得以昇華，辣味聚在一起同時爆發，但價錢貴左好唔抵食呀! 小食都貴左，我覺得細份左，細隻左! 希望做多D 優惠啦 !!!! continue reading
