To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔嘅過橋米線真係唔錯！呢碗米線大大碗夠哂飽，每樣食材都好新鮮。首先，過橋米線好有咬口。肉類好多，有新鮮嫩滑嘅豬肉、牛肉同雞肉，加埋豬潤、火腿及竹笙等配料，口感層次分明，真係好味。另外生菜、酸菜都好脆，為成碗米線增添另類口感。乍醬係配新鮮肉碎，一啖米線一啖乍醬係唔錯選擇🍜，同時我又叫咗杯凍華田，啱晒喺咁熱嘅天氣底下一邊食米線一邊飲。總括嚟講，呢碗過橋米線味道真係唔錯，配料多加大大碗，絕對唔驚食唔飽😉

12:53分用app 落單外賣自取點知13:30先拎到都痴線，催佢又話未得，d店員做又36唔做又36咁 ， 其實就一早煮好，但就係廚房入面儲夠一堆外賣先推出黎有冇諗過人地lunch hr 先係得一個鐘，但為左呢個外賣就浪費左40分鐘🙃🙃🙃🙃堂食既就不停咁出餐 ，外賣就儲埋一堆先出餐-拎到返公司個湯仲要明顯係凍晒，擺明就煮左好耐。咁都算 ，食食下冇啦啦見到有字既腐皮，點知原來係張單黎，無言永遠black list 呢間分店

晚晚都要諗食咩，諗到頭都大，又見好耐無食米線，就食三哥譚仔米線吧。我突然今日想食土匪雞翼，通常都係即刻整，所以我叫老公過左轉車站通知我，我19：11打電話落定order。19：35老公去到都未有得攞，結果等左成半個鐘先有，餓死人咩。貢丸炸醬麻辣米線（中辣）：今次諗住早落order就吾分湯（因為分左湯我覺得啲米線吾夠辣），點知等勁啲米線都淋曬。過橋米線（清湯）：因為就呀仔老公吾食辣，諗住咩餸都有吾洗諗。土匪雞翼：因為等太耐，返到黎己經凍晒。

譚仔三哥今期搵左Jeffrey bb代言新岀既米線😍見到寫住香麻辛辣口味，好吸引咁，今日即刻去試左！✨每間分店Cashier 旁均有印有jeffreybb既A5卡供顧客提取😍-🤍砂砂湯肥牛鹿茸菇米線湯底聞落有陣擔擔麵香味，食落真係有啲花生醬味+沙嗲味，加埋叫左小辣，味道好濃郁！而肥牛有4塊，係半生熟狀態，而鹿茸菇口感爽脆，值得一試！☺️- 🤍煳麻辣椒豬肚豬肚爽口彈牙，份量都幾多下，味道麻麻辣辣，好惹味👍🏻。- 🤍奶蓋芒果蒟蒻椰香金露芒果🥭香甜，整體椰汁味同奶香味都好濃，有啲似楊枝甘露，中意芒果同飲甜野既話推廣。
