To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

間中都會來買外賣飯,原因好簡單,呢間舖頭服務差就出晒名,不過俾面叉燒油雞質素唔錯,所以都間中會用$100幫襯油髀+叉燒+例湯,不過只可以外賣。四月頭再嚟幫襯外賣,結果令人非常失望,招牌叉燒質素差咗好多,最令我吃驚嘅係,係盒白飯爛pat pat咁,嚴重太過濕,食咗兩啖就冇要到。買外賣唔通要檢查咗飯嘅質素先走?即刻諗起上一次我喺呢間間舖頭叫同樣嘅油髀叉燒飯,竟然俾咗雞背脊我,嗰次我真係有行返去換,浪費咗我一來一回整整20分鐘有多。今次叉燒同個白飯都出埋事,冇錯,燒味舖白飯出事,難以想像,不可原諒,結果得一個永無幫襯!
