To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來想試下好食既竹昇麵，不過都係好似這間店名咁，坤！昨晚同太太去食這間所謂出名既麵店，入去都唔駛搵位，可能早既關係啦。坐下就有人立即招呼 ，我地叫左出名既姜蔥蝦子撈麵加姜蔥 $38 和姜蔥蝦子撈麵加牛腩 $38 同一杯熱檸蜜。 我地都睇過下d 食評話這店的麵要湯同麵分開上，麵先會好食，所以我地先叫撈麵。麵到後，我地一食，味都ok, 不過麵太硬同痴埋一舊，份量又唔多，收$30幾蚊真係唔係好值。而且入面d快子，杯好唔乾淨，杯熱檸蜜個杯口全部都係黑漬，好似個杯執返咁，所以到左我地見到都冇飲過就算。總結：試過就算，永不回頭！！
