入嚟深井一定要食下燒鵝,沿路都見到好幾間燒鵝店,朋友推薦陳記,一於試下。陳記燒鵝酒家係深井第一間燒鵝專門店,已經有超過40年歷史,裝修係傳統舊式酒樓,員工非常有經驗,食物方面除咗燒鵝之外,仲有各類小菜、炒粉麵、海鮮等。兩個人叫咗個午市A餐($318),包燒鵝例牌、兩個小菜、兩個例湯同兩碗白飯/瀨粉,小菜我哋叫咗椒鹽鮮魷同啫啫時菜煲。燒鵝皮好有光澤,鵝味濃郁,肥瘦適中,肉質嫩滑多肉汁,完全唔會韌,配上自家制酸梅醬,深井燒鵝果然名不虛傳。唯一不足係鵝皮可以脆啲,可能因為我哋三點先食距離岀爐時間太耐。椒鹽鮮魷好酥脆,粉漿唔會太厚。啫啫時菜煲,通菜配蒜頭、芹菜、蝦米同肉碎,好惹味!呢度唔只燒鵝好食,估唔到小菜都唔錯,有鑊氣,不愧為老店!
