To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間小小珍珠奶茶店鋪千奇唔好看輕,系大名鼎鼎既台灣過江龍,每日都keep住排長龍,最低消費起碼排20分鐘以上,雖然排好內隊但又會有股魅力吸引你去排隊。今次系第二次排隊排左比較內,大概需要35分鐘,不過深信值得既。黑糖鹿丸鮮奶今次點左店內招牌黑糖鹿丸鮮奶,重點在於冰火交融,冰系鮮奶既冰感,配合熱辣辣既鹿丸,兩者同時間飲真係好幸福。其實鹿丸系珍珠黎既,每日新鮮煮,個人覺得呢間同普通珍珠奶茶店鋪分別之處在於珍珠既熱感,普通珍珠一般都係煮完之後會攤一陣再冲過冷河令佢口感偏硬。但係呢間做法卻相反,主要講究佢個熱感,同埋強調煙硬既口感,令人食極吾厭。雖然呢杯鮮奶系固定甜度,但係飲落去都可以接受,唔係話太甜。(利申:平時飲開微甜)呢杯奶香十足,偏重於奶味。最後小提示,飲品唔好即刻攪勻佢,第一口感受下又熱又凍既幸福感覺先!
