To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於食到久仰大名嘅大家食(j) ！之前成日喺網上面睇到老闆嘅meme，唔知道點解咁出名，於是抱住獵奇心態去試下佢咩料，大家食飲食集團令我諗起大家樂飲食集團（笑）嗌咗個村村住家鍋麵（用老闆疊字名做菜名真係好有signature 🤣），餸就揀咗滷大腸，加4蚊整個蕃茄蛋湯底。嚟到見到真係用一個煲裝住，啲刀削麵質感ok，如果可以煙韌啲就更好，湯入面有青椒、洋葱，下欄嘢都畀佢整到咁fit個麵，係好嘢嚟。同埋份量都多，用42蚊食到抵啦，會再試佢其他分店，簡直係窮人恩物。
