阻住的老同學聚會,皇上指明"不要吃酒樓"等普通野..EM,有要求是好事,竟然大家又住在五湖四海,不如選旺角的明閣,交通方便而且風評極佳,一於試試.說來慚愧,明閣的好評是聽了很久,但一直沒有吃過,枉叫為食公關.失禮失禮.先點豬手,賣相晶瑩,吃下去皮爽口但肉十分稔,入味,很膠口,好味好味...炸子雞一同樣極之不錯,又滑,又有雞味,皮脆,無皮下脂肪,但又不會像一般炸子雞般油淋淋.碟底無油,炸蓮藕十分脆,薄薄的,像薯片.吃完這兩味,對接下來的餸菜期望更高了.得獎菜蟲草花雲耳蒸龍躉腩 葱香,雪耳脆,龍躉皮很厚,滑,但偏咸少少.海蝦蛋白,蛋白滑,吃下去有點像賽旁蟹,醋極之香,肯定是高級的陳醋,有層次的陣醋令整碟餸起畫龍點睛之效。金褸玉衣,將雞肉混入黑松露打成膠,底墊著南瓜,葛等.整體比較油.雖然加了黑松露添了香味,但整體覺得不是很難忘.下次不會再點,亦證明不是得獎菜就一定合自己口味的.咕嚕肉,酸甜平衡,當然不要與得龍生記比,但也做得很不錯.蝦子鮮菌素千層,極多蝦子,每種食材都有自己味道 不會死咸 菇好爽身及挺 不會有噏水味 ,蝦子十分均勻,不會像一般蝦子餸蝦子掛不上食物,阻住吃得十分回味.蝦醬通菜

蝦醬通菜,上碟大家以為來錯,不見蝦醬,原來這裏的和我們外邊吃的不同,不會有一PER PER的蝦醬在外,是抄到與菜融合.用的是罕通,葉比較多,但吃下去又確是吃到蝦醬咸鮮.

明閣鮑魚飯,全晚最失色的,三種食材味道不融和,唯有自行加酒店供應,有蝦子和瑤柱的xo醬,令大家吃得津津有味..

終於來到甜品了.
香芒卷是伙記推介的,表面杏仁入邊是流心的芒果醬,但有陣假維記雪糕芒果味,一點也不好吃.

有乾冰盒盛著,大家要準備好相機拍照..
一開盖,大量乾冰浮出,大家搶著影相,誰知這味甜品是最佳特技獎,但內容空虛,完來只是一舊芒果布甸加啫喱,十分反高潮.


服務不錯,常換碟,不過有時侍應不是很夠.

星期五晚全場爆場.

朋友是VIP,一問之下原來3個月內食滿$1500可做會員85折,一點也不難,我們一行12人一吃就過額,我便做了會員,以後有好野食了~~

話晒是酒店都不過是吃了$300/位,人多真的吃中菜好,現在外邊隨隨便便都要吃你二三百,這裏如此精緻的菜式也不算貴,太開心了!
