To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這裡嘅食物，確實係真材實料，新鮮。由琥珀合桃，XO醬，點心，小菜，甜品，全部都非常有水準。唯一是玫瑰豉油雞，雞夠滑，但我覺得豉油香差少少。這裡雖然是中菜餐廳，但酒類選擇也非常豐富。香檳，紅白酒，威士忌，啤酒全部都有很多選。環境更是一流，居高臨下，欣賞腳下的各區環境，高樓大廈也變成玩具一樣，這裡樓底亦相當高，坐得非常舒服，今天在這裡又飲又食，和家人説説笑笑，過了一個非常開心滿足的一個下午，下次要再來試試他們的晚餐。
