To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 諸勝堂是上環一間非常多人光顧的現代式地道冰室,最有名的就是其滑蛋系列的醬汁飯,可惜星期一至五的中午都幾乎不可能會有座位,空間太少而且極多人等候。今次剛好星期六日來到,總算沒有白走一場。叉燒蝦仁滑蛋飯 配凍鴛鴦   60元   4.2/5分1. 凍鴛鴦算是正常水平(要加2元),少甜少冰,但似乎沒有少甜2. 叉燒其實是非常普通的配料,這點我帶點期望,所以有失望3. 蝦仁數量都好,滑蛋就都尚算不差,米飯量就基本份量,粒粒分明(原來多飯都不用加錢,值得加分)4. 我覺得要叫多醬汁才品嚐到此飯的精華,因為甜豉油太好味了基本上全餐廳,一半人都會叫此飯/奶油不豬仔,價錢不算便宜,始終材料不算高質,不過味道係幾好,所以都值得一戰,如果要等就不太建議。
