每次黎陳六記,一定會打電話問定佢地幾點會有燒肉出爐,所以今次都唔例外,事關一般黎講都係黃昏6點出燒肉,但係今日因為早咗,所以打電話問定先。接聽電話的人話今日4:30有一轉,因為係清明節所以會燒多D,正,Fit晒﹗一入到去大約4:30,未坐低我就已經問伙記燒肉出咗未,佢話出咗,於是我就話要啱啱出爐的燒肉一碟(因為以前試過比佢老點,來了一碟好明顯唔係新鮮出爐的),燒肉好香,塊皮脆得黎夠晒鬆化,舊燒肉的脂肪量尚算適中,味道少少鹹,好食,果然真係名不虛傳。
